Every quoted fare includes tolls and a standard wait-time allowance (typically up to 60 minutes for flight-tracked airport pickups, and 15 minutes for point-to-point hotel pickups). Gratuity is not included and is left to your discretion. There are no hidden booking fees and no surge pricing — your quoted rate is your rate.
