1. Information We Collect
- Booking details: your name, e-mail address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, stops, date and time, flight information, passenger and luggage counts, and special requests. You book as a guest; we do not require you to create an account.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and the last four digits. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages and forms: what you send us through our contact forms, quote forms and the booking pop-up form, by e-mail or by phone.
- Location information: the pickup and drop-off locations you give us. Our website uses Google map and address services to show maps and suggest addresses.
- Website and device data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Security data: logs used to protect the website from abuse.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to confirm and perform your trip, take payment and issue refunds, contact you about your booking, answer your questions, prevent fraud and abuse, keep records required by law, measure and improve our website and our advertising, and, if you agree, send you offers and updates.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us operate the business: Stripe for payments, our website hosting and e-mail providers, and Google for maps, address and route services, analytics and advertising.
- Partner carriers and independent chauffeurs who perform your trip, when we use them, who receive only the booking details they need.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and insurers.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
- A new owner, if the business is merged, acquired or sold.
4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar tools that make the website and the booking work, and analytics and advertising tools from Google and other providers that help us understand how the website is used and measure our advertising. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you visit, and may use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working. 5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep booking and payment records for up to seven years after the trip, to provide the service, handle disputes and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, including secure payment processing and site protection. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to give you access to your personal information, to correct information that is wrong, or to delete it, subject to our legal obligations. 8. Children’s Privacy
